Refund policy

Return window - 14 days, starting from the delivery date of the last item in the order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You are obliged to return items within 14 days of notifying us. If you have exceeded the return period since receiving the item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused, and mint condition: Item(s) that have been worn, or have been washed or damaged, are non-returnable

Return shipping responsibility. Please be informed that shipping costs will be your responsibility (we highly recommend shipping your item/s with a tracking number). We are not able to process a refund when the items are still in transit.

Refund timing. To process a refund or exchange, please send an email to info@maylwear.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, and your refund will be processed after we receive the item. In the process of refund, we are obliged to refund you only the standard shipping cost.

In case of an exchange, MAYL Wear will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by MAYL Wear (up to a maximum of one exchange per order)

Products that are excluded from the return and refund! 

Underwear - Because of hygiene, underwear are not valid for refund or exchange but please feel free to contact us by email at info@maylwear.com if you have any questions

Adult Toys - because of hygiene and health safety reasons, are not valid for refund or exchange.

Discount Events - Items that are marked 'On Sale', events like 'Black Friday', 'Summer Sale', and items with a discount greater than 30% are not refundable.
