We recommend that you wash your tee shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie inside out, by hand, at 30˚C max. If your washing machine has a hand-wash program setting, you can use this. We know that hand wash can take time but if you are spending on a t-shirt 70+ USD it's worth to do it. The life of our Japanese cotton fabric and quality of the prints can stay in really good shape for 3-4 years. Do not bleach or tumble dry. You should wash the apparel with similar colours, and line dry. When ironing the tee, please iron inside out with a low temperature.

Print can be damaged in a few different ways. Too high speed and the metal surface of any washing machine drum can cause pilling of the graphic and also temperature above 30C can cause melting.
Ironing on the wrong side with high temperature can rip apart the graphic.
Our digital prints are made with the highest quality standards, even after 4 years of having a t-shirt the print still looks good. You can see small stretch marks caused by constant washing.
Covid-19 Update - products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited worldwide transportation availability as a result of the ongoing pandemic. We can only ask our dear clients to be patient as not all the countries are 'open', and not all the customs are working full time at the moment. You can still buy the products in our store but they will be shipped to with the most possible dates available.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order after we will dispatch your package with the local post office or any other shipping company. Shipping times will vary as we producing your item after your order is made. The time for delivery mostly is between 14 to 28 working days. It depends on the season and event during the months. We would like to inform you that we are not a fast fashion brand where we are keeping hundreds of pieces in the stock. We care more about quality than quantity, so please be patient with us. None of our packages was ever lost is shipping.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes set by the Customs Authority of the country that is being shipped to, may apply upon receipt of your order. We are marking all the packages as 'gifts' so you shouldn't be charged by your country customs, but... in some cases it is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes associated with your order. All taxes are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To process a refund or exchange please send an e-mail to email@example.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address. Please be informed that shipping costs will be your responsibility (we highly recommend to ship your item/s with tracking number). We are not able to process a refund when the items are still in transportation. In case of an exchange, MAYL Wear will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by MAYL Wear (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).

Because of hygiene, underwear and adult toys are not valid for refund or exchange but please feel free to contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Other apparel items that are on sale (Black Friday, Summer Sale etc.) also are not refundable but we will be able to exchange them for another item.
